as a bus boy, at the young age of fourteen. Building his career, he then ran his cousins pit beef business in Aberdeen, MD
throughout high school. By the age of eighteen, Nick ran his first pit beef business in Windy Valley. This lead him to purchase
Charcoal Style when he was twenty-one.
